By accessing or purchasing from CellBond Gift Studio you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Acceptable Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to place orders.
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Respect all copyright, trademark and intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our services.

3. Purchases & Payments

All prices are shown in USD and are subject to change. Payment is due at time of checkout. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

4. Refunds & Returns

Custom gift orders are non-refundable once production begins. Standard items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Contact [email protected] to initiate returns. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, copy and code on this site are the exclusive property of CellBond Gift Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

Our services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
